Countryside is preparing to unveil an exciting new chapter in its flagship NGV Liverpool development; The Avenue at NGV Liverpool, an exclusive range of two and three-bedroom homes off Broad Lane. All homes will be available through the Help to Buy scheme.
The new instalment will see Countryside stretch its legs and grow the thriving NGV Liverpool neighbourhood out towards the historic Norris Green Park, adding 130 high quality and affordable new homes to the 218 already built and occupied.
The Avenue at NGV Liverpool is due to launch later this month, with Countryside currently putting the finishing touches to its brand new show village to showcase the homes, which include the two-bedroom Walbrook, and the three-bedroom Ashwell and Ellesmere.
Responding to customer feedback, the exciting new phase will see Countryside build on the success so far achieved at the popular NGV Liverpool development, further enhancing the balance of traditional build styles alongside contemporary interior specifications.
Peter Vella, Regional Sales and Marketing Director, Countryside, commented: “We are constantly looking for new ways to up our game and the popularity of the homes at NGV Liverpool has certainly not led us to rest on our laurels. From additional storage in the bathrooms to enhanced space and natural light, the new homes at The Avenue are an evolution of our success.
“The rejuvenation of Norris Green has attracted first time buyers and families alike and we are now seeing interest mount from the city’s young professionals; keen to break the rental bubble and set up home in this up and coming suburban neighbourhood. The Avenue at NGV is our chance to really build on the success we’ve seen since launching the development three years ago and raise the bar to create an aspirational address on the doorstep of Liverpool city centre.”
Each home at The Avenue at NGV Liverpool will include open-plan layouts intelligently designed to address the needs of modern family living. The homes will also come complete with Countryside’s high quality specification, including a range of additional fittings, integrated appliances and flooring fitted throughout.
Countryside launched NGV Liverpool in March 2011 in partnership with Regeneration Liverpool, forming part of Liverpool City Council’s £200m redevelopment of a 63-acre site in Norris Green.
Once complete, the development is set to comprise 825 new homes, neighboured by green open spaces and a range of local amenities, including Monksdown CP Primary School and Ellergreen Community Centre.
Countryside is currently offering buyers at NGV Liverpool the chance to purchase through the popular Help to Buy scheme, through which buyers own 100% of their property, whilst receiving an equity loan of 20% and contributing a small deposit of only 5%.
