Two of Countryside’s flagship developments in Liverpool have been recognised at this year’s Your Move Property Awards, scooping the Best New Home title and the coveted Regeneration Award.

Presented at the 12th annual ceremony on 15 October at Lutyens Crypt in Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, the dual win marks the third year that Countryside has seen success at the prestigious event.

The award for Best New Home went to the Stamford at Queen Mary Place in Walton, where Countryside has sold over 20 homes in just three months following the development launch this summer.

Countryside’s newest home design, the three-bed Stamford, is built across three floors and boasts open-plan living topped off with a private master suite to the second floor, complete with skylights, a dressing area and en-suite bathroom.

The success also saw Countryside’s NGV Liverpool development crowned as joint winner of the Regeneration Award.

NGV Liverpool launched in 2011 and forms part of a £200m regeneration joint venture between Liverpool City Council and Sigma Inpartnership to transform the 63-acre Norris Green site into a vibrant community of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Peter Vella, Regional Sales and Marketing Director, Countryside, commented: “Every year the Your Move Property Awards seeks out the very best that Liverpool’s property market has to offer and creates the perfect forum for our industry to continually raise the bar, be that in transforming communities, striving for quality or paving the way for first time buyers.

“At Countryside we are huge believers in looking beyond building new homes to seeing our work as a much bigger picture. It is in fulfilling this commitment to create places people love that makes us the worthy winners of the Best New Home and Regeneration awards this year.”
